Christina Hill is a yoga teacher, creative, and nature-lover who believes the most powerful moments of connection happen when we step outside and come back to ourselves. She brings experience from both studio teaching and immersive learning with instructors around the world, including time spent deepening her practice in places like Costa Rica and Thailand. With a background in marketing and the local food world, her offerings are thoughtfully woven with intention—blending movement, breath, and the simple joy of fresh air, seasonal living, and community. Her classes are equal parts grounding and energizing, often layered with functional strength, mindful mobility, and moments of stillness that invite you to slow down and feel. This summer, you’ll find her guiding yoga experiences in nature—from playful flows at the farmers market to soul-filling yoga + kayaking collaborations—each designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the world around you.
